Welcome Autumn - Festival Season!

Downtown Easton is going to be hopping for the remainder of the year. Right around the corner is the 19th Annual Easton Garlic Fest! Rain or shine, this pungent event is a must stop. Eat, drink and stink this October 1st and 2nd in downtown Easton. Enjoy tasting events, live music, the Gastric Garlic People's Choice Contest and over 120 vendors! From Garlic Farmers to Packaged food. The event is rain or shine and takes place in downtown Easton. Next up is PA Bacon Fest. This event has been rated one of the best festivals in the country! The event takes place on November 5 and 6th, from 10am - 5pm. Its rain or shine and takes place downtown, from Centre Square out. Enjoy hog wild eats, activities, live music and more! One of our favorite events are the piglet and weiner dog races. The bacon eating contest is always fun to watch as well. And of course the food – Enjoy bacon inspired treats from Easton's beloved restaurants and from vendors from the tri-state area. There is also the bacon and brew tent and of course the Racin' Bacon 5k! This is the Mardi Gras of Bacon! It gets crowded so come early or take advantage of the shuttles. An Easton tradition continues with the Peace Candle Lighting. This celebration kicks off the holiday season, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Its November 26th this year. Take part in the fun and keep the tradition alive. Enjoy carriage rides and hot chocolate. Rumor has it Santa Claus will be stopping by Third Street Alliance that night. You better be good!

A new tradition also kicks off with the Easton Winter Village. In its third year, its complete with vendor huts and an outdoor ice skating rink right in the downtown! This is a great opportunity to get some Christmas shopping done and find some truly unique gifts from local vendors and to get in the holiday spirit, as Centre Square is transformed into a quaint winter village. This event goes from Thanksgiving, through December.

Easton Outdoor Company will be open during all festivals. Plus we'll have a hut at the Easton Winter Village. So be sure to stop by to get some Christmas shopping done. Plus we'll fully stocked with winter hats, gloves, scarves and such to keep you warm while festing!
